PREAMBLE<\/strong>
The Provider offers any individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cConsumer\u201d) to accede to the Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cAgreement\u201d) on the terms set out herein.
For the purposes of the Agreement, the Consumer is the Customer in the case of services provided to legal entities and\/or sole proprietors.
The Agreement is published on the Website at: mytsak.studio, which gives every person a genuine opportunity to review its contents.
Before using the Website and paying for services, please review the contents of the Agreement, in particular the payment terms, the procedure for providing services, and the rules of conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Engaged persons \u2013 representatives of the Provider (contractors, employees) who assist the Consumer on matters relating to the provision of the services that are the subject of the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materials \u2013 videos in the formats of podcasts, webinars, Reels, Stories, etc., and photos created by the Provider in accordance with the terms of the Agreement during the shoot for the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1.<\/strong> The Provider undertakes to supply the Consumer with a set of services covering the shooting of materials, editing, and other additional services (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cServices\u201d), depending on the type selected by the Consumer:
1.1.1. Shooting a podcast for the Consumer and editing the materials (turnkey podcast shoot).
1.1.2. Shooting a podcast for the Consumer without editing the materials.
1.1.3. Shooting a vertical video for the Consumer at a location determined by the Provider.
1.1.4. Shooting a talking-head video for the Consumer at a location determined by the Provider.
1.1.5. Shooting a vertical video for the Consumer at a location determined by the Consumer (on-location shoot).
1.1.6. Shooting a webinar for the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2.<\/strong> The Provider also offers additional services covering the editing of materials, subtitling, creation of short vertical videos and\/or videos in the Reels format based on the materials, as well as other additional services agreed by the Parties separately through communication channels and paid for separately by the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3.<\/strong> The Provider has the right to change the scope, content, and types of services and their cost without prior notice to the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4.<\/strong> The Consumer has the right to review the description and scope of the services on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Financial agent \u2013 a payment system that arranges and carries out the transfer of funds on behalf of the Provider using electronic payment processing methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1.<\/strong> The Provider has the right to change the scope, content, and types of services and their cost without prior notice to the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2.<\/strong> The Annex to the Agreement sets out the current amounts payable for each type of Service. The exact cost of the services is determined through communication channels and\/or in the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3.<\/strong> Payment is made as follows:
2.3.1. 100% prepayment (5 or 3 days in advance, depending on the shoot format).
2.3.2. In two parts (prepayment + postpayment within 2 days after the shoot).
2.3.3. 100% postpayment within 10 days (by agreement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.4.<\/strong> Additional services are paid for separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.5.<\/strong> Arriving late or ending the shoot early does not reduce the cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.6.<\/strong> Payment is cashless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.7.<\/strong> Payment process: through a payment system or by invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.8.<\/strong> The day of payment is deemed to be the day the funds are received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Agreement is effective from the moment it is concluded until the obligations are fully performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Acceptance = payment or agreement on the shoot date.
The Agreement is concluded without a signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING SERVICES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Services are provided offline or online.
The Provider may engage third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
